These recipes have been compiled from a combination of many, much loved cookery books in my kitchen, sent on by friends, customers and recipes thrown together at dinnertime.
This index will be added to as new ideas come in. I do plan to add each detailed recipe to the website, but given time limits I might do it as requested. Please contact me for the detail of any recipes that you like.

The secret of delicious cauliflower is to blanch it first – parboil with a bay leaf, the unpleasant cauliflower aroma disappears!
